We would love to invite you to the launch of our new online Pilates platform Pauze and showcase of our Pilates equipment.
Join us for an evening class, a chance to try out the products, healthy refreshments and treats provided by Pomegranate Liverpool in Liverpools iconic Palm House. We first started this journey back in lockdown when we offered online Pilates classes as the world physically paused. Fast forward a few years and a new studio later, we felt we wanted to give clients the opportunity to take Pilates anywhere with you and Pauze was developed. This online platform caters to all from beginners to advanced, antenatal and postnatal as well as liverpools first Health and wellbeing hub included. We have videos from specialist dieticians and physiotherapists who was leads in their field to share their knowledge on Pauze.
